Elite/Pro Triathlete

About Me
I’m a professional triathlete and endurance coach. I graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Neuroscience, where I balanced high-level academics with intense endurance training. That experience sharpened my ability to plan intelligently, manage stress, and train efficiently, skills I now apply directly to my athletes’ programs.
I’ve competed in major endurance events including Ironman 70.3 New York, the Boston Marathon, and the Cape Cod Marathon, experiences that have taught me what it takes to perform under pressure and execute on race day. Each race has reinforced the importance of smart training, consistency, and attention to detail, principles that define my coaching philosophy.
