IRONman 70.3 new york
The Ironman 70.3 marked the culmination of a massive commitment, as I dedicated my entire summer of 2025 to a focused, high-volume training block. Every week was built around discipline, structure, and long-term progression: early mornings, long sessions, and intentional recovery. On race day, all of that work came together as I executed across all three disciplines, finishing with a 41:21 swim, 3:30 bike, and 2:02 run, for an overall time of 6:40.
Crossing the finish line was one of the most rewarding moments of my athletic career. The race validated not only my physical preparation, but the training philosophy I had developed and trusted throughout the process. Competing at the 70.3 distance showed me what is possible when training is purposeful and consistent, and it solidified my desire to pursue triathlon at the professional level. More importantly, it inspired me to help others chase their own ambitious goals, using the same principles that carried me through one of the most demanding training blocks of my life.
