Charles liu

Charles Liu is a dedicated endurance athlete whose commitment to the process shows in both his results and his mindset. In 2024, Charles competed in Ironman 70.3 New York, finishing with an impressive 6-hour overall time. A strong performance that reflected months of disciplined, consistent training. The next year, he took on the Cape Cod Marathon, crossing the finish line in 4 hours and 15 minutes, demonstrating resilience and endurance across multiple race formats.

What sets Charles apart is not just his race results, but his genuine passion for endurance sport. He approaches training with focus, patience, and a willingness to embrace the work required to improve. His drive to continually challenge himself has fueled steady progress and growing ambitions, including his pursuit of the Kona World Championships. Charles embodies what it means to commit to long-term development, and his journey is a testament to what consistency and belief in the process can achieve.

Dan nguyen

Dan Nguyen brings an elite endurance background to triathlon as a former varsity track and field and cross country athlete. With a strong foundation in running and impressive marathon performances, Dan made the transition to triathlon with the goal of becoming a complete, well-rounded endurance athlete.

Since shifting his focus to triathlon, we have worked closely to develop his swim and bike, two disciplines that require a different technical and physiological approach than pure running.

Looking ahead, Dan is set to take on Ironman Texas in 2026, a race that reflects both his ambition and long-term vision in the sport. His transition from elite runner to triathlete highlights the power of focused, intentional training and the value of building balance across all three disciplines.

Justin Khim

Justin Khim is an accomplished endurance athlete whose background as an avid marathoner has given him a dominant edge on the run. This year, he delivered an impressive performance at the Cambridge Half Marathon, finishing in 1 hour and 40 minutes, a result that reflects both consistency and strength over long distances. His ability to execute on the run has consistently separated him from the competition and become a defining asset in his racing.

That run strength translated into a standout performance at Ironman Arizona, where Justin’s disciplined execution and late-race strength contributed to a podium finish in November. With a clear long-term vision, he is now setting his sights on Ironman Lake Placid in 2026, while also preparing for the New York City Marathon later next year. Justin’s focus, work ethic, and competitive drive continue to push him toward higher-level performances across both triathlon and marathon racing.
