On most days, I train across all three disciplines: swim, bike, and run, balancing intensity with recovery to support long-term development. Weekly training volume has grown steadily over time, with peak training blocks reaching up to 20 hours per week, all structured with intention rather than excess.<\/p><p data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"975\">This progression didn\u2019t happen overnight. I\u2019ve been building year after year since my freshman year of college, learning how to manage workload, adapt to setbacks, and refine my approach through each training cycle. Every block builds on the last, reinforcing durability, efficiency, and race execution across distances.<\/p><p data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1396\">Looking ahead, I\u2019m driven by bigger goals and longer challenges. With sights set on races like Ironman Jacksonville in May, my focus continues to be on sustainable growth, intelligent planning, and pushing the limits of what\u2019s possible through purposeful training. That same mindset guides how I approach coaching, helping athletes commit to the process, trust the work, and pursue goals that once felt out of
